Highly Considered Programs Include:

• Programs located in Anne Arundel County, especially in the South County Area;
• Programs that meet a critical community need especially programs focused on children;
• Programs that identify a specific need as opposed to providing operation funds;
• Programs that have matching fund sponsors;
• Programs with low administrative and operating cost ratios;
• Internationally focused programs on water, sanitation, education, economic development, disease prevention, child and maternal health, and/or promoting peace.
